Key West Weddings and Events...with care.
A Key West Wedding. Unconventional. Uncomplicated.

Before planning your Key West wedding it might help to learn a little more about Key West. This may be your first visit to Key West or perhaps you've been here before and have ideas that need help developing. I've been involved in over 1000 wedding ceremonies in Key West since 2000 and am happy to share my experience.

When you consider what you're likely to spend on your wedding, you'll likely find these services a true bargain and may save you lots of time and money later on.

PHONE CONSULTATION: This is a god place to start. Or if you've already done some research this may help you with your choices. Make an appointment with me for up to 1 hour of phone consultation. During this time we can explore the different ideas you have, "pick my brain", ask about the pro's and con's of different locations, etc. You might also want information about vendors too. We can cover it all. After the conversation, you should feel comfortable enough to make selections and to decide if you need a wedding consultant/planner or continue on your own. PHONE CONSULTATION is $85.00

SITE INSPECTION TOUR: This is perfect if you are planning a visit to Key West and want first hand views of the locations most likely to suit your needs. The tours take about 3 hours and covers the locations and vendor introductions that we've discussed during our phone interview. Generally I pick you up at your hotel (limit 3 adults) at around 9 am and continue to about noon. Frequently I drop you off at a nice lunch spot where you can review and confirm other appointments with vendors for later in the day. SITE INSPECTION TOUR is $295.00

The PHONE CONSULTATION and SITE INSPECTION TOUR is $350.00

These services require advance reservations and the times are flexible to suit your needs.

We can upgrade this to include an aerial tour by private helicopter or small passenger plane.
Also if there are more than 3 persons, we can upgrade to a private 9 passenger limo, van or luxury car.
